Jingbo Li was born and raised in China. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Oregon, School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from San Jose State University. During law school, Ms. Li developed extensive legal experience through internships, including a position at the Eugene District Attorney’s Office, a boutique civil litigation firm, and a financial technology company. During her time in law school, Ms. Li cultivated a strong passion for business law, with a particular focus on supporting small businesses. She participated in the Small Business Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to small business owners in Eugene, Oregon. Mr. Li is fluent in Mandarin and English, enabling her to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds. Ms. Li was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2024. Practice Areas
