Daniel G. Balich, Esq.
Daniel Balich is a partner in the San Francisco office and represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wrongful death, construction defect, and veterinary malpractice cases. He joined the firm in 2011 after passing the California Bar Exam. He heads the firm’s housing law department and guides clients through all aspects of the litigation process.
Mr. Balich was born in Oakland, CA. He received his J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law, and his B.A. in philosophy of law and morality from Tulane University in New Orleans. Mr. Balich joined the firm in 2011. While attending law school, Mr. Balich worked in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Gang Unit and served as a research assistant for Dean Drucilla Ramey. He was an editor for the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Civil Procedure, Remedies, and Legal Writing and Research.
