Daniel G. Balich, Esq.

Daniel Balich is a partner and represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, public entity defense, construction defect, and real property cases. He joined the firm in 2011 and founded the firm’s housing law department. Mr. Balich guides clients through all aspects of the litigation process. He has tried several cases to verdict and argued in the California Court of Appeal.

Mr. Balich, born and raised in Oakland, received his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University, School of Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Law and Morality from Tulane University in New Orleans.

While attending law school, Mr. Balich clerked in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Gang Unit and served as a research assistant to Dean Drucilla Ramey. He was an editor for the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Civil Procedure, Remedies, and Legal Writing and Research.
