Christopher S. Hicks, Esq.
Christopher Hicks joined Kern Segal & Murray in 2016. He handles a wide variety of matters for the firm including personal injury, residential/commercial real property, unlawful detainer, habitability, employment, dog bite and elder abuse cases.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, California, Mr. Hicks earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco where he received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Public International Law. During law school, Mr. Hicks clerked for the Honorable Judge Mary Wiss in the Probate Department of San Francisco Superior Court.
Following his admission to the California Bar, Chris worked for various plaintiff personal injury law firms before finding his home at Kern Segal & Murray. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing his guitar and backpacking in the Sierra Nevada.
